3. Upgrading Listings and Payments
Listing upgrades offer additional features and visibility for a yearly fee. Payment is collected through a secure third-party provider (currently PayPal). Upgrades are non-refundable except in cases of billing error. You will be notified before your listing renewal date.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, logos, branding, and images created by the site owner — is the property of the Quirky & Cool Travel Guide (powered by Roaming Yeti) and may not be used or reproduced without permission. Listings submitted by users remain the property of the user who submitted them, but by posting them on our platform, you grant us the right to display them.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we are not responsible for changes, closures, or errors related to destinations. Use of the site and its content is at your own risk.
