The Jolly Green Giant

Standing 55.5 feet tall, this fiberglass statue was erected in 1979 by local radio station owner Paul Hedberg to promote tourism. Located near the Giant Welcome Center, it celebrates the town’s connection to the Green Giant brand and has become a beloved roadside attraction.
